Dan  -- How's the productivity & flavour of this 143-36 variant. I have this variant and it is a good grower.  According to Adraino, this is a good variant. Not that hardy for my region. About 2ft of the stem was killed last winter. Since then it re-sprouted along the surviving  branch giving some healthy multiple branching with some main crop figs. Your fig orchard is very organised.

Bears pretty heavy for a small tree. Large fruit size. Consistent taste test top 10 at UC Davis.
