Question 1

So I have one Cutting growing roots on the wrong end. I did a search and some others have had this happen also. How should I handle this?

I'm using Coir for my rotting media. I soak it and squeeze until all the water is out. I use plastic tubs and completely cover the cutting.The lids are taking off the plastic containers every other day.

I have nice roots growing on my cuttings except now I have leaves growing, and they are just rotting where the green leaves are forming. So last night I took all the cuttings with roots and took Coir from the plastic containers and filled up plastic cups and placed them standing up in the coir. Not sure if this was a good idea.. Now how can I control moisture of Coir in suck small cups? Coir is like a sponge. Was this a good idea ?Bad?  Or should I put them in cups with Pro-mix to retain water? I also have Foxfarm Ocean Forest I can put them in.

When you put it in the clear cup, you can bury the cutting all the way up.  The shoots will find its way out of the soil.

I use a clear humidity bin with a cover for mine.  It maintains humidity nicely.  I wouldn't worry about the rotted leaves/stems.  They will replace themselves.
I wouldn't use coir alone.  I would add at least 50% perlite to prevent too much moisture retention.  I've also used Pro-Mix with good results.

Also, the cutting with an extra dome is simply an experiment.  I placed an UNROOTED cutting in the cup to see if, and how long it would take to root this way.

That's another question of mine. I don't know how far I can bury the stem into the cup. My cuttings are all flapping around.

I also tried the dome thing because I saw your post awhile back, but they are too long for this set of clippings. So how bad is it if I change them over to Pro-Mix tonight?

All done I just followed your photos. I used Foxfarm and mixed in some vermiculite.

Now I just have a problem with being able to tell when I need to water them.. The first night I switched them over (thur) I used to much water and had to recup them all the same night. The second attempt that night I made the soil just so it was damp.

So thur is the day I potted them and I'm not sure how much to water them today. Getting the right amount of wet/moisture is hard in such a small cup.

Since I put a lot of small holes on the bottom of the cup maybe put them in a Tupperware and add water slowly while the cup is in it?  Maybe this would absorb what it needed?

You can go by how heavy the cup feels.  You are trusting your own judgement though.  Over time, you get a sense as to how heavy it should be.  Another way is to feel about an inch down into the soil to feel for dampness.  You risk breaking roots if they're growing toward the surface though.
