I know you are aware that there are several different figs called Paradiso, ~ 6 in the forum community.
With the name clarification, Paradiso Gene, the ID is much easier because of the documented characteristics. I don't currently grow a Paradiso Gene, so I would rely on the knowledge of Herman2 (VS). Good Luck.
BTW the pictured leaves are juvenile leaves, mature leaves are usually formed off older wood and later in the season.

I was under the impression that you are trying to match it to Paridiso Gene, which is the only one that it can realistically be compared to at this time. The drawing would only be a reference of how that original documented Paradiso should look.
