That breba was very unexpected.. Like opeing a Christmas present and getting a pair of sox but finding out they were made of cashmere. Lol.
It may have let loose early (dropped) wasn't leaking latex. Hopefully next year we will get to see some from your,amazing tree. Really is a nice full healthy black madeira. I was wondering If you were going to taste it. ;))

Thanks Richie.  I was a little nervous before I tasted it but it turned out to be ok.  It was the first fig I ate since December so I enjoyed it.

Thanks jdsfrance. You're right I shouldn't complain! Around here the trees drop their leaves in early December and the new leaves start to grow in late February.
