Snow showers this evening. Breaks in the overcast later. Low 13F. Winds NNE at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of snow 50%.
I did 5 hours of weed whipping in paradise.... and it was still a beautiful day.
For the first time i heard birds chirping a little by our window. They sound good its been a while since we heard any birds. We did have a inch of snow last night , im sure it will melt soon.
22F 14" of snow and more coming down, 30" drifts and a skier just went down the street, skiing. Good thing I didn't dig up the figs last week.
I think the snow has now stopped at about 10 inches. I was just thinking that this winter has been long. Our first snow storm was October 28th and now this one on March 2nd. Spring better get here soon!
33 degrees F with 7 inches of snow on the ground. We are just happy to have the power back on. Figs outside look good.
85F today. Now heading into a cooling trend. But still no snow. It is not to late to move to California before the big earthquake makes us an island.
