I am newest comer in this forum.
I want to share my experiment of Fig Grafting.
There are 6 varieties in this grafting plant: Negronne, Adriatic, Black Ischia, Brown Turkey, Long Yellow, and Blue Giant.

That is quite a bit of grafting. Can you share some of the work that went into the production of this plant? Very interred to hear about the process and the amount of time taken.

Are these bark grafts?

These is not bark grafts, but wood graft (from young branch). 

Well I certainly am impressed, since I have grafted exactly zero trees. Very nice work indeed. Are you planning on planting in ground to maximize fruiting potential?

This is a plan of mine too, and I got a fancy grafting tool for my birthday this year.  Did you graft dormant or green?  What time of year?

Very imprssive.   Once I get caught up around here...(in a couple of years maybe), this is something I will want to try.

@ BLB = I do not want to plant it in ground, I want make it a fig bonsay.

For grafting, it is better with green branch (1 cm in diametre of branch)

Welcome, grafting is one of my goals for next year.  What tree did you use for root stock? I think mine will be Brown Turkey.

@ snaglpus = great. The root stock I used is Adriatik. 

I plan to use LSU Gold as my root stock because rumor has it that LSU Gold is resistant to nematodes.  Also, it's a very vigorous grower, and I love that about it.  I have not tasted it's figs yet because I just got it about 2 months ago, but it's already so big, I'll be able to get some root stock for next year's green grafting from it.

This is a really good thread!  Thanks for starting it!  Grafting is a great way to have several varieties in a small space!

Also, do you tag each branch so you keep track of your grafts?

@ DesertDance = yes, off course I tag each branch based on its variety.
I have several plant that contain some varieties.
Now, I have project to make 15 varieties in 1 single plant; and to make Male and Female (Bursa variety from Turkey) in 1 single plant.
