Please get a person with some knowledge to explain to you what it takes to prove these things under federal law since you want to go fed, most of all get them to explain "knowingly and willfully" as you seem not to be able to comprehend the term. Those three words are used to qualify all verbiage below them by basically defining "intent". 

Who on this post has stated they intend to lie on a complaint? Did I miss that somewhere? Or do you have a reason to imply all these people are going to lie on their complaint? Please let us know which it is, inquiring minds would like to know. It seems you are accusing a forum member of lying to me. Am I wrong? 

Filing a valid complaint has zero to do with any of these continuing attempts at intimidation. It is a right, not a privilege. You cannot be charged in any way for filing a valid complaint.

Interestingly a person can be charged for denying people their civil rights through intentionally intimidating them....funny how the law works isn't it? It has always been there to protect the innocent not the guilty.

You have nothing to fear from filing a complaint.

I wish all states had Civics as a required subject, it is amazing to learn how the Justice system works especially the basic tenets of law since we have the U.S. Constitution, Fifth Amendment (“Nor shall any persons be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law”). We have a legal right to demand due process to recover property. Why would some people imply you will break the law in doing so? I am soooo confused by this attitude.

If this is what appears to be a rip off, scam, deception, fraud or what ever term may be applied it seems to me it is time for law enforcement to get involved. But strangely not to you...........

I keep seeing false claims, the only false claims have been made by James. If I can get arrested for filing a report when I was ripped off, I'm leaving this country. A government that punishes the victim?  Sounds like a very bad place to live.

Drew, try harder to see the finer points of my argument. Unless you provide false information or omit important information you have nothing to worry about. But if someone files a complaint and says "people have been waiting 2 years" and they know full well that is impossible, haven't they opened themselves up? Can't you see that this guy is here for revenge and doesn't care how many people he takes down along with James?

No matter how this turns out I can hold my head up. If you guys want to invite a dishonest and vindictive person into the community whose only goal seems to be to control people, just because they serve your cause then please don't speak of honor.

The guy whose wife wants her money back has a plan, and he's not trying to get anyone to file criminal complaints or peppering the thread with misinformation, he seems much more genuine and a real cause for concern. I hope things work out for everybody, how's that sound? If James does get shut down what happens to the tree's you guys ever think of that?

I fail to understand anyone that advocates ripping people off....seems to define insanity to me. This thread reminds me of many Hearings I did in Corrections and listened to one gang banger defending another in any way they could dream up without truth, reason or logic. They felt they were obligated to back their own. Do we have people that have personal reasons to try to stop legal complaints? I sure can't figure out why, can anyone else?
 
My training mentor often said "you can teach the ignorant, but not the stupid."  As I get older I understand that statement more each day. File your complaints folks...........the wall has a dent in it and my head hurts.....out of this train wreck.
