And BTW...I have secured several cuttings of this rare plant and am offering them here to forum members at Half off.   That's right folks....you can have a bronze colored plastic cutting for only $420.  At this price though...you will have to pay shipping.  And no guarantees.  (Plastic is hard to root).

Actually, we brought home from the estate, a "real" tropical house plant (tree type) that JD thought was the ugliest thing he had ever seen, but I knew it's just been neglected.  So in we walk with it, and there in our entry is the fake version, looking 100% better than the genuine living "ugly," but there is "hope" for the living one.  There is NO hope for that Ebay tree!

We are having fun with the jokes, and I'm in the game, but, some idiot will buy that thing.  Probabaly someone 6 hours from a real city where there is a Wallmart where they could buy the thing for $39.99.  When they are in the sticks, and they have a desire, they will pay.  Story of Ebay!

:-))  Figluvah!  Of course you wouldn't!  ...but your wife might :-)  It's a decorating thing..........  Ha!  We have a small vineyard, and we are currently crushing and desteming this morning's harvest, and I decided to take a break.

I'm sitting here typing, and I look up at the beautiful fake grapevine garland that is draped over the top of our bar, and I think "OMG!  That fake grapevine with plastic grapes hanging down, has powdery mildew and rust!" 

The designers of all plants fake are getting pretty good!

The beauty of fake plants lies in the lack of spiders and bugs, and the only water they need is to be taken outside now and then and hit with some spray from the hose to wash off the dust.  You should see the ugly spider that crawled out of a grape cluster today.  Shudder!

I wish I had my camera yesterday when I saw an odd looking fig.  On closer look, I discovered a spider the size of a bee sitting on top of my fig!  I knocked it off with my watering can....

Anyway, I'm sure someone will buy that fig on Ebay, but I know it won't be YOU!  I bet Dave will buy it, cut it up and try to pawn off cuttings on his innocent buddies here!
