The El Molino was spectacular! Zingarellas were very good and juicy. The Giovanni was just ok, probably needs more sun. All from in ground little trees rooted a year ago.

Those young trees have been very good you. EL Malino. Looks very good. I haven't heard of this variety. Which country does it originally come from.

Igor:My opinion is that, El Molino is an old cultivar ,of high quality, and not an unknown with local name.However,the fruits of El Molino are caprified for sure in your yard,making them even better tasting,but harder to ID.
Vasile, I have been trying to ID for 2 years already with no success. Any ideas? This fruit is caprified but the variety does not require a caprification
I can't say what it is,but maybe if you place here a ripe fig, uncaprified,cut open ,whole fruit,a quarter coin,and a few leaves,then i might try to tell my opinion.
