i don't believe he's of Mexico, so I'm curious where he comes from.

Spanish is my 2nd language, but i don't have good grasp of dialects so i can't say for sure. 

i must've lived in SoCal and FL too long, when he speaks it all sounds like one language and makes sense, switching back and forth.

like when he says "creo que it's enough", etc. (granted, he should've had twice as much ;) )

Bass this looks like the same guy speaking one of the Italian diarelcts and asking forgivness because he forgot how to say a lot of the words. He is also wishing well to many people he knows.
 Look at it and see if you think I am correct.

It is the same person. He goes by pinucito on YouTube. Italian and Spanish are very similar languages, he obviously knows both. I don't speak much of any Italian but often have gotten by (embarassed) speaking Spanish in Italy with some success.

The way that this guy says "wow" in the first video above reminds me of how my Spanish friends say it. There are some notable Spaniards that say it similar you may know - like Acclaimed chef Jose Andres.

This guy is wacky. I like him.
