Grasa's plight has inspired me to write this.

     FUNGUS GNAT
    
The cuttings took root
they are doing just fine,
I shall have success,
I hope, this time.

Fungus Gnat, Fungus Gnat
Where are your larvae at?

They're wriggling and writhing
inside the pot,
perhaps they are causing
a lot of rot.

The leaves have wilted
and some have dropped,
Fungus Gnat Fungus Gnat
OH, Won't you stop?

I think I can hear them
munching the root,
is there a way
to give them the BOOT? ...........

Fungus gnat, fungus gnat
Damn you to hell,
If I catch you around my plants again,
Your life will not end well...

With poetry it's moot,
to give them the boot!
But, I heard a cooT say, 
Your poems a Hoot!

put a smile on my face to get you out of this place. fungus gnat, with you it seems like an uphill race.

Stupid fungus gnats were eating my sticks, now I spent a little extra and use Pro-mix.
If they find me again I know they are sunk, for I wield the power of the almighty dunk.
