I have had good luck with just sticking them in a glass of wateryour page is informative and the rooting hormones will help I'm sureNice chating with you last night !!!!
how long does it take you using the glass n water method?
I don't remember the exact time just don't change the water add water as requiredI would guess about 3 to 4 weeks I'm going to try different methods just to see which ones work best
do roots actually appear or just the white bumps, i tried it but i got impatient and potted them as soon as enough white bumps appeared.
Leave it in the glass long enough it will fill the glass with roots from what I remember you can put more than one cutting in the water to In gardening its all about patience
i think i have enough cuttings to try it your way. Do you leave it in the dark, do you keep the water warm, anything else, etc. I have mines in the sum to warm the water naturally. i already see the white bumps
New to the propagation thing... Can I take cuttings now? Or better to wait till he wood goes dormant...
Dormant cuttings are easier. Green wood is doable, but much "fussier" because it is not hardened. Humidit and moisture control is more critical.
