I like photo-bucket.         http://s1343.photobucket.com/        Very, very, very easy to use. I say that because I find everything computer related confusing and a chore and shouted Hallelujah when I found photo bucket. LOL.  :)

I like photo bucket too, no resizing just link to the photo I copy Image and just paste it in the message. I like to insert the image in the message, and not attach image. Though the compressjpeg site is fine. If using a phone it makes sense. Thanks for the link!
Here is an example of an inserted image from my computer. Easy to do, copy and paste.
