Yes. a full ripe florea is very sweet.
Florea is a sugar tree. and florea figs are sugar fruits. sugar-sugar.
I've heard some bad reputation, but don't worry, It's a little sugar bomb.
I think no rains in ripening season is essential.
(a reference point, Seoul, South Korea)
and agree, it's value is sweetness. flavour is.. just a sugar flavour. sweet smell~
Many thanks to mnedelcu(and to good fig peoples) for excellent recommendation.

I'm glad you like it.We can see how the fig cultivars are "travelling" around the globe...Herman brought it here from East Europe years ago,many people has it here in US,and now Florea fig is present in South Korea...wonderful!!So...we have thanks to Herman for this beautiful and productive fig !

Here in Northeast area of New England, US, it develops a nice sweet spicy taste.
