4-5 years ago I shared fig starts with some friends. The mother trees are the first two photos: Petit Negri and Green Ischia.
My friend was smart and planted the starts in 3 feet of composted wood chips. Pictures 3-6 are of the daughter Petit Negri and pictures 7-12 of the daughter Green Ischia with brebas.
Just goes to show....
