Adding Injury to Insult

So we've had very cool temps and rain just about every day in May... well one day it snowed.  It's been so gloomy, my trees have hardly grown.  CdDB was just starting to break dormancy when the rain started.  It looks like all the moisture may have killed it.  It's been so bad, my next door neighbor got in his car and drove to San Diego to stay with his daughter.

We woke up this morning to sunlight, but it was short-lived.  It started raining again and just a few moments ago, the hail started.  Fortunately, I only had to cover a few trees as most do not have enough leaves to worry about.

The forecast for the next week is much of the same.

been cool damp here also james .. ...fig shuffle in out

The hail came through here a couple weeks ago, everything outside was destroyed, I'm fortunate I was home to bring in pots... the rest of the yard. .....  yeah.... what yard! !!

It's been so crapy, I have hardly done anything in my garden.

We've had so much rain over here that I'm starting to worry about the foundation, but the figs are very happy. I'm not so sure that moisture by itself killed your CDD.
