Is he selling the figs cuttings by season or certain period of time ?.. Because I asked my brother to get some cuttings for me, but he told my brother that he is not selling the cutting in winter time......
Where can I get some cuttings in Canada ?

Just general things :I wouldn't either wound a tree (take a cutting) at this time of the year.
Frosts are here now, and one could loose the whole tree.
Here, it is best to wait until march or April to take dormant cuttings and have less risks for the mother tree.
The cuttings would then stay a month inside, and go outside, or, even better as of for me,  go directly outside in ground.

i take cutting anytime of the yr. but some people have preferred time to prune their trees. most members here take cutting in late fall or early winter when the trees go dormant. some take cutting in early spring. it all depends on individual's practice. since i keep all my trees in the garage, and our winter is mild, i'm not really concerned about damage to the tree due to frost or what not.

maybe adriano just doesn't take cuttings at the moment.
