i'm little concerned. i want very free with water this time. so there might be some failures. but i'm airing them out more often.

Should air out if you keep the lid open on the box. 

They all look very vigorous.

they are all showing sign of growth. and plenty of ventilation. so i'm sure about 80% will make it. i got Black Madeira and Ischia Black from UCD. they were single cuttings, so i cut them into two cuttings. both BM are doing well. only one of IB is doing anything. both looks rather healthy. 

Did you start them out in the little peat cups?

I am starting the ones JoAnne sent me in peat pellets inside my humidity bin.  They're all looking pretty good so far.  In another day or two they go directly into 2 qt pots.  

dave, i started them in baggie like i always do. then moved into 3" jiffy peat pot inside of 16" clear plastic cup. JoAnn's cuttings are still in baggies. the buds are opening, but i don't see much of any sign on the bottom end. probably will go into the cup by end of this week.
