Congrats on the first granson. They are funny and a delight to watch them grow up. We have 7 grandchildren: 4 girls and 3 boys from 8 to 15 and they call me Pawpaw Tim and my wife Granna.

Received my two Alma bare root trees today. They look good as you may be able to see, especially the one on the right. For the money, as long as they are Alma's.

Mine started throwing leaves, looks like Alma

You can just see the buds on mine and they should be open a a couple of days, since it is in the upper 80's here already.

I have a couple of rooted cuttings with leaves to compare later.

Got my 2 today. They look like the ones above from newnandawg, about 2.5 ft long, bareroot. Look good!

The seller must have a legion of figs grown just to be sold. 

The seller also has the black mission trees, so you need to double your quantity !

Got my trees today. I ordered three and they sent an extra. nice. Just like newnandawg, one is a double leader and the other three are singles. They were well packaged and they are beautiful! Thanks Tami. 

I'm glad you all are happy, I am as well. I won't be able to see my new leaves for a few weeks, still waiting on baby. Daughter is getting cranky and I can't help but laugh at her. She's had a really easy time of it so she just needs to look on the bright side.

Great deal, I bought an alma and black mission from him. He threw in another free alma about 8inches. All are establishing well in the shade and are bagged for humidity control. Started budding back out after a couple weeks.

In WA and still waiting on our grandson.
I got to see my Alma's on video chat today. All 3 are leafing out and sure do look like Alma leaves.
I have gotten to take a video tour of my mini orchard about every 3 days. It is so nice to be able to see what's going on in my absence.
I have gotten several trees this year and it's so much fun watching them do their thing. I am completely addicted.

  Thanks Tami for the tip. I got 2.  I've wanted Alma since I read about it here.

Your right Tami...this is the time of year that we wait for all winter...everything is green, the fig trees are leafing out with signs of little fig formations on some of the varieties...thought it was never going to happen this year, what with the unusual spring we had...but now were off and running...Yipeeee !!
