I recently helped a friend winterising their fig tree. I liked the leaf shape. The owner shared a photo of the fig and described it to me. It came from Italy originally. It is a large fig.

Brunswick or Paradiso looking, maybe the fig a little too elongated to be the first!
Mine were consistently round and chubby! Very nice bush and fig!
