Fig juice?? :)

Fig smoothie?

Removing the (supernatant) liquid after cooking the figs for a few hours gives you a nice amount of fig juice... plus it cuts the cooking time in half.  What remains can be pureed and canned.
Fig juice is really good.

You could probably even go as far to say you are swimming in figs! Haha

Next time, snap a pic before the harvest - if you want. I'd like to see where the two sisters do hide so many figs !
