another clue for my unknown?

Regarding my unknown "Peter's Honey(Not!)"... Here's the previous thread where it was decided that it's probably LSU Gold.

Below is a couple of pictures of one of these cuttings that popped out a couple of brebas a few days after trying to start rooting it via RichardNJ's method.  This was started on 4/7/2014.

Anyway, once the brebas started swelling, I noticed some red in the ostiole.  Does that fit with LSU Gold?  If not, what's similar to LSU Gold but has red in the ostiole during early breba stages?

These pictures were taken on 4/20/2014. It's not so easy to see in the red in the photo as it is in person.  And the red was a little more pronounced several days earlier.  The red on top is just candle wax (Apple Cinnamon scented).  No, none dripped on the breba.

James,

I noticed the exact same thing on the unknown Lsu gold/peter's honey not cuttings that you sent me. I think they're just too young to tell. I started mine in the beginning of February, and the leaves are reminiscent of Lsu gold. And, I think Lsu gold is actually quite "red" for being called gold. You can kinda tell here...http://figs4fun.com/Thumbnail_LSU_Gold.html

Btw, all the cuttings you sent me survived and are thriving and are in need of a transplant soon. Hope the saratogas are treating you well :)

More images from my unknown.  This might be the same tree as above, but not positive.  I ended up removing those two brebas.

The figs are large and very flat on the top.  Still like LSU Gold??
