This might  be my best light colored fig, in the future.
Look at the bronze specs on the skin,They are natural,bronze pigmented specs,and not decay brown spots like some white fig gets when fully ripe.This is how Paradiso bronze can be Id,with precision.
And the interior,is a deep ruby red,with very fine flavor.
It is young (3 yrs),and did very well last winter inground,so that is a lot of promise considering our climate here.

Well I had 2 Paradiso one white and one Bronze.
Both are super tasty,but the color is different.
The white Paradiso,is grenish white without any bronze specs,on it.
I do not think I sold cuttings out of this one because it is a small plant,only three years old.
And if I did I would have pointed out:Paradiso Bronze,or Paradiso White.

You made my day. You mentioned about your paradiso bronze being an early fig. You also mentioned that it is similar to the paradiso bronze that Dusan in Canada has. I got rooted cutting of it from Dusan (with thanks) last year and it fruited at the end of July, too late to leave them on for ripening this year. I surely hope some speckled bronze paradiso next year.

I have the Joe Morle Paradiso in ground on the S. side of my house.  It is growing in the shade of a Celeste that grows on the W. of it.

Both these figs are three years old, both lived under 55 gallon barrels last winter.  The Celeste is about ten feet tall, the Joe Morles a bit shorter because in the afternoon the Celeste shades part of it. 
 
I got two ripe Paradiso figs last week.   Judging from the size and color, I really do not expect many of them, until late September.  I am already looking forward to next year.  I expect the in-ground trees to do well.

Ox :If your JM Paradiso,was in a Barell inside in your garage last Winter,then it had a head start,compared to my tree out there in ground in the open,so in your condition your tree ripe fruits earlyer than it will do naturally if it was in ground over the winter.
So it is not a fair comparison.
You will find out in the future that in cold climates,fig trees inground,retard themself in leafing out about 2 weeks,in order to protect the growing buds,because they can recognise they are out of their ideal climates,and are willing and able to deal with it by doing what is necesary to survive.
There for the said tree will ripe fruits 2 weeks later than the same cultivar that was in pot over the winter.
So in this case My Paradiso,still look like is earlyer than yours,thow,it seem that they got ripe fruits in the same time.

I got a ripe fig of the paradiso from  joe morle. skin color is more bronze than yellow. The fig split really badly, it reminded me of brunswick.

Herman my Bronze Paradiso " Dusan Strain" usually starts ripening mid to late August here in toronto last year was ripening figs into October. Definately one of my favorite figs has a nice flavour and very productive.

OK Nelson,But is it in a pot or in the ground?.
I just wonder if you dared to plant it inground in Toronto Canada,and if is making it alive trough the winter.
Mine was outside,about 12 meter away from the house in the open,and I protected it with a blanket and a Plastic tarp over last winter.
It came trough with about 10 inches dead wood at the tips,but it was small to begin with.

I ate 2 Paradiso figs from J.M. (potted) and I thougt that it tasted like a brunswick, for which plant I also have.

Well Sergio,all I can tell you,is that this fig wich I have now doesn't taste at all like Brunswick nor it has the leaves of Brunswick.
It is not as big as Brunswick in size but is big in flavor and taste.

Hey Herman if you want cuttings to compare the two bronze paradiso's side by side let me know I will send you some. My Figs this year have a different shape compared to last year short neck long stem apose to last years figs long neck no stem, also noticed the first figs I ate the pulp was light pink in colour go figure.

Hi Nelson:As My Fruits was ripening I will send you some more pixes of ripe fruits and leaves,and the pixes of the tree to your Email and to see your final opinion if the two trees are Identical,or not.
If they are Identical as I think,then there is no need to exchange cuttings.
I also had fruits last year only a handfull,and they were greener,and very dark red interior,and yes wy very short or no neck.
Those fruits or very late at the end of October,but as soon as I had a couple I realised this is a very special fig,that I need to take care.
One thing it bother me is the fact that it has some distorted leaves,eather from stress or because of a light Mosaic v case,but it seems it doesn't bother the tree and it keeps growing steady and producing good fruits too.
Much better grower than most specymen from UCDAVIS,except 243-36,wich is a very strong grower.

Herman one thing I have definately noticed is the first figs have lighter pulp first figs meaning mid Aug. to mid Sept. from mid september onto October pulp gets very dark red like blood red, also last year towards the end of the season my figs got really dark but I noticed my parents Collard Greens lol turned the same colour as the figs so it must of been weather related I think.

earlier this year I seperated that plant into three plants and used Miracle grow as the potting mix " Big Mistake" My plant & My fathers plant have the exact same leaf shapes and sized figs and shape my uncle took the third plant its about 10 KM north of my parents house and used better soil his leaves are allot cleaner dont really notice any FMV and his leaves are doube the size of the leaves on our plant and his figs look like yours only a little bronzier on the side the sun Hits.

OK now leaves & Unripe figs from 2010 season leaves are about half the size they were last season. Last season Dusan had a nice potting mix with Cow manure added plant really seemed to like that mix.

Thow the leaves on yours,are exactly the same,the fruits are more redish,outside and lighter red inside.
The shape of the fruits are totally the same,too.
I have a couple ripenning now and I will post pixes again with leaves too.
I can clearly see your have the same mosaic spots on some branches just like mine(pix 9 going down).
I will let this 2 ripe well to see if they turn redish,like yours.
In fact the outside color is not an ID for sure.
Most of My Marseilles vs black are like wrinkle brown lether this year,totally different from 2007,when they were blue to purple,and last year when they were earthy green.
