That is not pertinent to the discussion and not everyone shares your political views.

James, regular updates would have kept the haters at bay and added a level of comfort to those who have sat by waiting patiently for a delivery.
I have no idea what the setbacks were and it's none of my business anyway but you posted videos of all the cuttings you has rooted at one time and were working out shipping/ Then poof, nothing from you until recently. I believe that shipping video was in the spring.

I think everyone would have understood if you simply said, look some of the more in demand varieties are going to take time but if you want me to ship your order minus the PT or BM or whatever the hot varieties are that you were behind on, I think people may have been able to come up with a few extra bucks to at least get the majority of their order.
I also don't see this as a smear campaign. People paid a lot of money for trees that thus far no one has received. I also don't think it was clear to everyone that placing an order may result in a 3 year delay.
Now after this huge delay you come out with 3 gal trees for sale? To put it politely, it's just wrong.

My suggestion to you would be to start with order #1 and determine how much of that order is ready to go. By now most of the order should be ready. Contact that person, see if they are willing to absorb another shipping charge and if not, move on to order #2 and so on.
Then when the rest of the order is complete you should be able to just ship it since you have already been paid a shipping charge.
With time and a good faith effort on your part to resolve this you may be able to salvage your rep but the way your going about it now is not acceptable to many people.

What's the new estimated delivery date?

I stopped communicating in April because it took every bit of time and energy I had to keep everything alive and growing, and also because if I hadn't blocked out all the nonstop hateful emails/pm's/phone calls, I might have been too tempted to spit the bit and quit.  Was it a mistake to not even post updates?  Yes.  The haters still would have hated, but the good folks out there would have appreciated it, and I feel bad about letting them down.

I have given my word that I'll keep working in good faith until everyone gets their stuff (yes you can do substitutions) or their refund, whichever they want, and I continue to stand by it.

Your word is not good enough I want my $55 back from September 13th 2016 for the two Ponte tresa that you never shipped me. I don't care about what set you back I don't care about anything you have to say. I've already called the police department about you. I will drop everything if you send me my money.

Your comment puzzles me. He is either engaging in criminal activity or he isn't. If he is why would you drop your allegations to law enforcement. At some point you decided to file a complaint but now you say you'll drop it if he just will give you back your money. So $55 is your price. Demand your refund and if he gives it to you great if not you have the criminal complaint that may or may not result in law enforcement and your the courts filing charges. So where did you file your complaint? Where you live? Did you or they send it to Jame's local authorities? I wish you the best just remember if he committed a crime paying you and everyone else back doesn't change the fact he committed a crime. Either he did or he didn't.

You filed a complaint let law enforcement figure it out.

I'm just going to stick to ourfigs.com where people are not shitty and ignorant

Wow! I guess I inadvertently pushed your buttons.

I have 27 years in law enforcement with the last 14 in investigations as a specialist in economic crimes. That qualifies me to speak to these matters.

You must not have read my last statement. If he gives you back your $55 he still deprived you of it and that would be a crime if he had intent to do so. So you would still have a grievance.

I never mentioned extortion but I have to ask did you file to pressure him to refund your money or because you are a victim and are seeking justice. There's only one right answer! Law Enforcement agencies are not your personal collection agency.

I don't care where you live. I didn't ask your address. I was referencing jurisdiction. If your report was filed in a jurisdiction where the crime did not occur they cannot prosecute. The court has to have jurisdiction in order to bring prosecution.

I appreciate your concern about my health but I recently had a checkup and no lumps.

One other thing the other referenced fig forum does not tolerate inappropriate postings.

If you felt slighted, insulted, belittled or any other negative feelings from me I apologize.

@greenfin If your intentions are nothing but good, why not box up a few hundred orders and ship them off on your credit card. Winter is coming.

It would take a foolish person to send another $120 when you are years behind on shipping existing orders. Getting some of the existing orders out seems like it would be the best bet to get new orders flowing again and repairing your reputation if that's possible.

As you can see, advertising to the existing customer base which hasn't received any orders just pisses them off. You'll have to find new customers to send you money or start fulfilling existing customer orders before they would send more....

So when should we expect our trees to come? I've been asking nicely, and I'm sure everyone is dying to know as well.

"James, regular updates would have kept the haters at bay..", so people wanting what they paid for months or years ago are "haters" now? really?

So, he's behind schedule, but he is willing and able to stop working on $7 trees to trim, pack and ship 3 gallon trees?  What a guy.
