This cutting is from USDA. Have been in rooting media for 3 weeks. No root, no sprout, but several figs about 3/8". It seems to be an early variety. Anyone know more detail about this variety?

See A1 133 A1 133, actually is 10 different seedlings from the same fig, from Croatia, or thereabouts..A1 133 is the "name" for these 10 seedlings, which are known as DFIC0164-1 through -10. Number 2 has apparently been lost.
