does anyone have a Belleclare # 30 they personally bought themselves at the nursery pictures of leaf and fruit inside and out that they can post ?

 described on there old site as

30.   Sicilian Black (verna grosso) (a) medium, black with dark red center (Italian - Agrigenta )

This is obviously a good black fig from Agrigento,Sicily. I wonder, Martin, would this be the Sicilian Black that my good friend James Robin used to sell?? with the very shiny black skin. I don't think he has this variety anymore, wonder were his source was from. I know he got it from a lady off of her trees, wonder if it may be same fig. ?? wonder where this womans source came from?? Sorry, I am not much help. Ciao

Hey all, I don't have this fig(Belleclaire was gone before my interest in figs). JR told me he has some planted. but they are extremely slow growing. He said he'd have it again when he is able to take cuttings. Also the source was a lady in El Paso, Tx., but that's all I know. Martin, apologies if this is taking your post in a different direction.
