are my cuttings ready to pot?

They were started 30 days ago in a plastic bakery container with moss.. They also were kept in darkness at 80 degrees. One of them has a little roots. All are leafing out even though they were kept in the dark.

I would get them in something like 90% perlite, 10% peat and let the roots develop more before they went in their final potting mix.  I'd also get those shhots under some light but it'll be a while before they're ready for direct sunlight.

Thanks. Will do first thing in morning before something goes south. I have low salt coco coir i never used. Or should i stick to the pearlite mix?

Richard the coir will have no nutrients in it for growth. As soon as you have roots you're ahead of the game, at that stage I move mine to a cup of perlite and potting mix, 50/50. It will continue to root in that mix and grow. Get some light on them before those buds rot, and use very little water.

Thanks jean. The buds a really needing light

I have been adding Oscmocote to my coco coir with great results.  Your moss mix looks really wet!

I used coco coir with minimal water. The water was made with vitamino. Vitamins with amino acids and micrp nutrients
