We have many Black Mission trees throughout our county, I have eaten some from the fruit stands and off the neighbors tree, the nurseries....(ssshhhh... don't tell them...LOL ) ......So my question is I ate some medium size figs and some from another tree which were bigger, they both have the same leaf formations...are they both black missions..????
The smaller one had thin skin and the skin was edible.......The larger one had thinner skin and seemed to have a little shine to them.....So what is making them different....?????............
I ate some Black Jacks and they are large and have a elongated shape....So not Black Jack.....
They are not Brown Turkey....different shape leaf..????
Need some views....appreciate it....
