I had this Armenian today. I know some people have a 5 or 10 second rule but this is a fig, so if it fell during the night and was on the ground for hours, I still didn't rule it out. There were no bugs so what doesn't kill you just makes you stronger. It was good. I am really liking the 160-50. Its only a two year old tree and the figs I had today were really good. They weren't bothered by the rain and I really like the color and shape of this fig too. I'd have to say it was better than HC, Marseilles vs Blk, and LSU Gold this year. The eye is closed and did I mention no splitting due to rain. So if fig trees get better with age, this is a good variety for Massachusetts.
