Barnisotte, Calvert and Sucrette from UCD?

Does anyone have experience with the Calvert, Sucrette and Barnisotte from Davis? I've read they're all tasty cultivars, but how about earliness, FMV, do they split?

If they grow well in your area ,despite FMV,then they are very tasty varieties,at least Calvert, and Barnisotte ,that I grew.
In my climate is very hard to root and grow these cultivars due to FMV,and winter cold.

Good luck with Calvert from UCD, I had zero luck rooting, but someone I shared my UCD cuttings with had good luck and offered a re-share (Make note people:  SHARE YOUR CUTTINGS!)

Herman, can you compare Calvert taste and quality to JH Adriatic or any other Adriatic variety?  They look very similar to me in pictures.

Daniel, I got my Barnisotte cuttings from Richard Watts' collection, and he sourced from UCD.  They're heavily FMV affected and slow to start, with very mutated leaves to begin with.  This is like many varieties you'll get at UCD, though.

All three are great eating, somewhat late, and have been slower growers.

To Jason:
Well I grew 2 Calvert Trees, and last one died,2 weeks ago, before ripening fruits this year.
It was 3 years old.
I had a couple of fruits from the first tree that died 7 years ago.
At that time I did not have JH Adriatic.
As far as I could see looking backwards ,yes the fruits of Calvert were similar to JH Adriatic, but smaller, and leaves too were similar but smaller.
The interior was very dark red, also like JH Adriatic.
I would assume that my plant here(JH Adriatic),is very similar to Calvert, but without Fig mosaic virus.
Of course My JH Adriatic was grown from cutting taken by John Hood, from his backyard tree ,which is a healthy tree.
Other people told me that there JH Adriatic has FMV,and I say that can be only if the mother tree is other than J Hood Tree.

I got a calvert cutting from UCD by way of a forum member this spring and it was slow at first but I stepped it up and put a double hand full of nutricoat to it and it has done much better its 2ft and has about 5 figs but only one not so good ripe one looks like another week on the rest maybe they will taste better.
