Baskinta Purple

Does anyone out there have one of these that's produced figs yet? I bought one in May and it came with one fig that was already good sized and I decided to let it ripen which it just did. But - it remained bright green. The tree has about a dozen pea sized figs that just appeared and I'm hoping these will ripen up purple. I'm wondering if this variety has very different breba and main crops as I don't need another mystery variety.
When I went out this AM the fig in question was starting to split so I went ahead and picked it. It was actually pretty good. Nice and crunchy, not too sweet.
Anyone out there with any info?
I do think it was picked perhaps a day early but the ants would have gotten it had I not picked it.
thx.
I know - I had a senior moment and spelled the darn thing wrong.

What Martin wants to say that he only grown a dark fig and have no idea about this white figs.

Martin you are the man and we love you for that.

Good . I have thought you got up this morning on the wrong foot.

I haven't seen the ripe figs on my tree yet. But perhaps the breba color might slightly have different color.

Bass,
That's certainly what I'm hoping. Does your tree have figs this year?

Yes it does, but since its a small tree, I'm not sure if they will ripen properly this year. I know the town very well where the tree came from in the mountains of lebanon. Hoping its a nice fig

Thanks, me too.

My tree.
