What exactly is a Belleclare Celeste?  Does anyone have pictures of it?  I have one and it's doing very well, but its leaves look like those of the improved Celestes I have, so I'm very curious about this variety if anyone can shed some light on it.

That's a nice picture. Much darker than any Celeste I've ever seen. Is the taste & size of the figs appx. the same?

It is darker than most I've seen, but my Celeste in the back yard tends to produce darker figs.  The figs in the picture look a bit more flattened at the eye end, but just looking at them makes my mouth water.  I don't even care what they are, I just want to eat them!  :D
