I do not want to rain on your parade but Brookleen White from you was very poor performer,here, with figs that split and sour,and the taste was less than average at best.
It looks like it can't be at all near rain while getting ripe.
It is very productive indeed,but every fig will split,and have very little flavor and taste.
You shoud get, your standard expectation higher,no Offense.
Better than Brookleen white in my garden There were:
Lindhurst Wht,Quarter Pounder,White Marseilles,all white figs.
Desert King had Excellent flavor and sweetness but it is only breba in our climate.
And I am sure there are others better than,the whites i have.
Right now i am Trying,Gene Paradiso,Bataglia Verde,JH Adriatic,and Vasilika Sika.
I am sure i am going to come out with a white winner next Sommer.
