I found an unknown that is not producing brebas.its an old tree at a gas station looks like it was planted in the ground it is lush and green. Just no brebas any thoughts? Everything else in Fresno is full of brebas.

To get a picture on here it needs to be a small size. You will see a green icon above your response, and you click it. It wants you to browse to choose a photo. Do that. It's pretty easy. Say OK!Suzi
Could be weather related or the type of cultivar.
