Did either of you successful Black Madeira growers start out with FMV problems? If so, how long did it take to grow out of it?

I also noticed a big difference when fertilizing heavier, I give double the strength and it started to grow.

Ken, I have never noticed any FMV on the plant. It just grew like a snail the first two years. I fertilized often in small doses, that gave the plant 6" to 8" of new growth this year. I will try an airlayer this coming week; see how is turns out. ... good luck
