mindy.. the terminal bud opened, but it's not doing much. still don't see root through the peat pot.

molly.. it's fastest growing of the 3. has stronger roots then matilda. now in 1 gal pot.

matilda.. she started off quick, but the roots are not as strong. many thin hairy roots came through the peat pot. also in 1 gal pot.

just for you, i'll upload Calvert brothers. they look as good as moe, larry, and curly. all going different directlon as far as they hair, i mean leaves are going..

so.. all my 1 gal pots got lime and fertilizer as soon as they went into the pots. they are all responding great.. except BM.

it's not that BM is dying or wilting. but it's not doing anything fast like others.

GN is moving very fast. putting out new leaves. Ischia White/Gree, Calvert, VdB, KB, CdDB.. all putting out new leave. the buds that were just sitting there when they were in cup all opened up.. but not BM. bud is still closed tight. old leaves are doing fine..

i guess BM is just a slow growing fig like others mentioned. next time, i'm increasing fertilizer on BM.

only one of the three are showing any signs of progress. i know BM is slow, but this is really slow. it's almost painfully slow. i should consider myself lucky that they didn't die on me yet.. but watching others growing and two of BM just sitting there is taking all the fun out of me.

at least one of the BM is putting out new leaves now. one out of three ain't bad..

Yes your boy done good indeed! I have my son helping with me even if it isn't real help just to get him interested in growing stuff. It will serve him well and he really enjoys it too, has his own plants.
