Do they have to be blue?

Aqua I can get the clear all day long its the Aqua blue she wants maybe cobalt also though.

Maybe call Ball...It hink they are in Ohio..they might have a retail source for you.

You could troll junk yards.  There is a woman who makes jewelery out of old found glass.  I've purchased it from her before.  She finds it tossed into forests and everywhere.

I believe these have been collector's items for several decades and will be hard to come by.  Perhaps an garage or estate sale somewhere would have them but I think there are probably a lot of folks that come to those sales early to find any great deals.  I collected bottles in the 1970s and remember this being popular already back then.

There def collectible I think there from the late 30's ? but she wants them as drinking glasses ?? dunno if shes gonna get what she wants.
plenty of flea markets and junk yards etc but I need like at least 8 of each and that will take forever I need to find someone who has done all the footwork already and has a collection of them or like I said maybe a different brand and a newer style ?

Harvey's right . Those blue jars are collectables and although we never got into collecting those , I remember some fetched a a nice price . I don't know if I ever saw a cobalt blue canning/mason jar , Ball or otherwise , I could be wrong .

Your best bet would be to check out "junk shops" and Antique shops.
When I lived near Richmond, Virginia they sold for about $22-$35.00 each
And that was about 10-15 years ago.

Here in West Virginia, people still can with them,
But they're family "hand - me - downs" and they wouldn't part with them!
Not even for a new set of dentures! :)) LOL

some of my friends here still drink their sweet tea, beer and that other stuff out of mason jar. i was wondering why they were drinking out of a jar.. they all do have perfectly good glasses at their house. it's strange.

I buy the blue mason jars each year off of eBay to can up tomato sauce and make pickles. They are more pricy around canning time than this time of year.

Just looked on ebay 1Quart blue masons are running $4 - 5 each
