Bouholi, Tunisain fig

this variety grows abundantly Tunisia, especially in the region of Djebba.

It is San Pedro type. Black and sweet as honey.

Could be a potential container fig for cool regions if it produces many 1st crop?

Yes the region of Djebba is the fig paradise there...

The Tunisian signature fig, The Zidi is also from there...

Figgyme, do you know any source to buy cuttings from this variety?

Vito -- A Tunisian said that this variety is siliceous than Zidi. lol

 

Pino -- I think that the weather in Djebba is cool region. But this variety is huge like Black Bursa

I am not sure for growing in pot

 

helike13 -- that is collect. Bouhouli is abundant than Zidi. You search in Tunisian forum and ask to buy cuttings

Devlsgro -- Yes, but it is San Prdro. 


I have a short growing season so San Pedro are okay for me
