i waited a long time to taste this one from my small tree...
great taste and flavor even though it was not ripe enough yet but i only had this one and i didnt want the wild life to have it before i did.
one of very few that i have without a deep red interior sorry for the bad pictures.

 
 

Very pretty green skin, Andreas. Is the name of the fig descriptive or place of origin?

the name is boukitsa kefalonias
kefalonia is an island and boukitsa is just the word for ( bite size ) in greek...
its about the size of R D B fig 
its rare because greeks like larger figs LOL ;-))

Looking good like all your pics. How does it  taste compared to Peloponnisiaka Aspra? I hope i made the right choice in green Greek figs lol.

it has a great taste but peloponnisiaka aspra is the best (light color skin) greek fig.
it ranks above vasilika green or melissi IMHO.
