Breakfast treats

Just picked these this morning...All breba
1 Bronx unk
1 Grasa unk
3 kadotta
The Bronx unk was by far the best out of the 3 . It was very good for a breba..very rich

Congratulations, that's a nice haul.  Just so you know, when the "meat" or pith of the figs are opaque like that they are not fully ripe.  The last days of ripening is when they get the best flavor.  You're missing out on the best they have to offer by picking them at this stage.

John, is the 'grasa unknown' her unknown purple fig that she sent out to many of us?  Mine did not get any brebas but the main crop figs are the largest on my trees, can't wait to taste them this year.  Last year I left one fig on the cutting which ripened very late and was outstanding.

Thanks....wanted to get them before the rain started...we are suppose to get rain for the next 2days

They are the unk Adriatic which are belived to be DK
