James, I've decided to dig mine up. So, in about 2 weeks, it comes up!

i'm sorry.. i'm probably the only one here who thinks that JH Adriatic didn't impress me. maybe the tree is too young, maybe the weather last yr had something to do with it. but it was just average. then again, i had some great figs and maybe my taste buds were off. 

My JH Ad just started rooting. Thanks to a very generous member of this forum. Can't wait to taste the fruit.

September 29 2015,follow up:
Adriatic Jh main crop ,fruits taken today,delicious taste and flavor,and it was  ripening starting Sept.12.
This is from one of my younger trees in front of house,that went trough last Winter ,without Winter protection,died to soil line and look at it now,it is back in business.
Of course I have the mother tree plus 1 more sisters.
