Brogiotto Bianco NOT

Obtained this as Brogiotto Bianco. I was not able to locate a fruit  picture of one to compare, did find some leaf photos.  Plant that seems tending  towards horizontal branching, large dark fruit with a void. Immature fruit showing pink eye early on.  Pretty sure what it is, but hoping someone would have a differing opinion. It will for it’s lifetime  however possibly short be an unknown unless someone can convince me this is Brogiotto Bianco. I have 2 of these almost gave one away few weeks ago now I am glad I did not.

Your fig looks like Brogiotto Nero. I attached the above link to my fig which is also Brogiotto Bianco by a synonomous name.

Leon,

Thanks for the reply. That is the 1st pictures I had seen of Brogiotto Bianco fruit. It's good to know it's other name. I have not developed a keen  eye for identification, and was fearing it was a California Brown Turkey. It is not a Brogiotto Bianco, and I will start looking  at Brogiotto Nero as a possibility, I just read that is a late fig and this relative to some others I have not seemingly that late, but it's just a 2nd year cutting in pot with it's first fruit so maybe not settled in yet. The fig was actually quite good. I struggle in describing taste as verbose as some, but I enjoyed it. Thanks for a suggest, It will  always remain a unknown or likely in tittle with my records, but the
Brogiotto Bianco label is gone.
