Bronze Paradiso Tree

Gene,  Herman had told me that the later ones would be darker red interior and he was 100% right, The ones I had this summer the pulp was pinkish now its red the thing I love about this fig is that it has very thin skin and a really nice sweet flavour not very figgy. The last two Paradiso figs I ate tasted better than the Hollier I had at Adrianos two weeks ago its sweeter and has a nicer flavour.

Hi Nelson, very nice looking fig. In your pictures, the eye looks somewhat large. Can you confirm this? I'm trying really hard to stick to varieties that will perform here in my wet, humid climate. We've had the wettest October since 1970, almost 15" rain. October is usually one of our driest months.P.S. like Cecil said, enjoy those parents!

Thanks

Tim I agree this October was horrible lots of rain this plant has been rained on everyday that it rained and no figs have split yet. Here is a pic that I forgot to post not the best pic but the eye is pretty shut.

Thanks Nelson.
