One reason to say that you will be safe with Brugmansia at this time is that one of the forum trusted member The_Montreal_Fig help incubate the fig part of the Brugmansia business and also sourcing many of these plants to Brugmansia while himself moving from Montreal to Europe (with our best wishes).

Is he shipping plants from Canada to US?  I read the shipping notes and it did not indicate anything about being able to ship into the US.  I do know he will ship cuttings, when available.

He asked me to inform you that he does, but he can't guarantee it will get past customs.  He's had 1 shipment intercepted out of 20.

Most if not all those plants can be obtained as scionwood some as plants here in states thru various members, Jon, UcDavis,  etc etc  if one is willing to wait and or seek them.
