A Common variety , the most popular for the production of dry figs for export since the Middle Ages.
White, large figs, with light strawberry pulp, has the particularity of drying up in the tree
It is a very sweet and flavored fig

I would say yes, particularly if like the figs on the pictures they get the benefits of caprification.
This is something I cannot avoid as the friendly tiny wasps are all over at their time!.. and do good!
A non caprificated côtio, is smaller, shallower, internal content split 50/50 between pulp and meat..
light strawberry color, but also very sweet and flavored.

it's amanzing how that one fig looks like it's drying on the tree. it must be great living in area with perfect climate for the figs :)

This variety keeps hanging on the tree, even completely dry, no further need to be under the sun, and I love to pick up a couple of them, late afternoon , chew and feel the aromas and flavors... a very special 'dégustation' exercise  (watch the blood sugar !!!)

Well some times the climate is not that perfect and there are bad surprises.
So far this year it has been OK. (knock wood!)
