I am in Santa Cruz California and will be heading to Tacoma/Seattle. So far all I've seen are Mission Figs, and they ain't all that taste-wise. I found them kind of bland. What other varieties should I try to find and where? West Coast is farmer's market heaven. Parts are as beautiful as Tuscany with similar wonderful produce. I could live on theses white plums and peaches that they have out here.
