calimynra seedlings

I having some Calimynra seedlings growing, only the first true leaves are peaking out and I was wondering what have people experienced or heard of happening when growing this fig (it was from fresh calimynra figs from california a couple years ago) from seed.
I realize I don't have the wasp but perhaps I need a good caprifig to hand pollinate for a small harvest every year or do they vary so much it's really hard to get any trees to produce edible figs reliably?
What are the chances of some of these figs growing will be suitable caprifigs themselves?

Hello Chivas, chances may be good and if lucky, the caprifig born from those seeds to be of a variety/season to carry enough pollen (*). Never did that exercise but can tell that capri's born from cuttings do not come easy! They seem to prefer grafting and this is rather easy on figs even for begginers
What Smyrna variety do you plan to hand pollinate ? I am curious.
(*) Have found, but I may be wrong, that the ammount of polen on caprifigs varies with the number of fertile gall flowers. Good luck !
