can anyone help confirm variety

The quote on the image says its a Florentine? What's everybody think? Looks tasty to me. Does anyone have one and what can you tell me about it? Thanks

I thought florentine was a honey fig. Weird

Definitley not Florentine/Italian Honey. Since it appears the seller does not know their figs, I would not assume that the photo is accurate either.

Don't pollinated honey-interior figs have a tendency to go red on the inside? I seem to remember reading this claim several times recently.

Thanks everyone. I wasn't sure but sounds like everyone else seems to know. Thanks once again
