I just took out my rooted cutting ,can i reuse the same Orch sphagnum moss for a new cutting?

I've been doing that. Haven't have any problems.   Once i'm done with rooting for the year, I plan on letting it dry out in the summer sun (sanitation) and ziplock it for next year.

I reuse mine all the time....not a single problem.  I also let mine dry out and put then put it in a ziplock for next year.  Just make sure it is very, very dry before you bag it up for next year.

You can also put it in a covered glass bowl and nuke it for a bit, then let it stay in the bowl covered until cool enough to handel. That will essentially steam sterilize, if you have any concerns like say mold for instance. Sometimes I do this, sometimes not, sometimes I just toss it and use fresh for rare or more costly cuttings.
