Can someone she'd some light on this for me?

I just noticed around the perimeter of only the new leafs, there is a dew like substance going completely around, there is none on the older ones none at all and only the perimeter, it's a black Madeira is this normal

That's water from the fig plant itself. It forms on the leaves like that when the soil is wet and evaporation low, like at night. It's nothing to be concerned about.

You could say it's something like the sap that flows out when a fig is cut. In your case it's just the water that gets pushed out the plants pores at night. During the day water flows out as well and is called transpiration. In the later case the loss is water vapor.
